In this article we will show you how to log into our customer portal to download invoices and update billing details.
! Please note that the customer portal can only be accessed by the invoice receiver. !
General Information: The pricing is based on the number of sessions per month, not on the number of (sub)domains, wherefore subdomains of a domain are included in the pricing.
Overview:
Self Service Portal
In the Self Service Portal you can:
- download existing invoices
- update your address
- update your payment method
- update your credit card information
- add your details for direct debit
- check general information regarding invoice details
Steps to log into the Self Service Portal:

All invoices that are sent out from Usercentrics have a link to the Self Service Portal. You can either use the Link “Customer Portal” in the main text or use the link on the bottom “Log into your account now →”.

Enter your email address (the one that received the invoice, as this is the only person who can access the portal).
- After inserting your email address, we’ll send a one-time password to that address.
- Using this password you can log in to your account.
- By selecting Payment methods you can update your credit card information or select direct debit with our partner GoCardless.
